The Googies

We are a small family farm located in Saugerties, NY, and we are slowly trying to work more in the community with our horses! We have two draft horses- Bert and Smoke- two quarter horses-Dixie and Buckeye- a mule -Jedediah- and a brand new Morgan/Quarter Horse filly, Vita Nova Spe (Nova). We got our farm name by making up the word Googy one day, and it stuck with us ever since! We have done some small work with our draft horses in the public, they have driven down roads with traffic, worked with the kids in our church, and have been safe in every situation they’ve been put in. We don’t want to jump right into public work too fast because we all are new in this business and want to take our time getting into it. We hope that us and our horses can help to inspire people to push on and fight for their dreams!
