We have had horses for almost five years now, and have been working with our drafts with the driving and some small public ‘get togethers’ for about two years now. When we first got our draft horses, they both were in a poor health state. They both had some different issues (skin problems, bot flies, sand in the gut, and more) and they both were malnourished. We worked with them diligently and carefully for about a year to get them back in shape and now they both are strong, healthy, majestic beauty’s. We have had a wonderful dream come true this summer when our mare had her first foal, a little filly, and we are having the best time with her! She has such a spirited heart and she’s just magnificent! We always have a journey going on with the horses because every day when you wake up, it opens new door. Whether it’s a fun journey or a hard upsetting one, you never know! But we work with what’s giving to us with a grateful and open heart and always give thanks to the Lord because if it wasn’t for Him we wouldn’t even wake up to those open doors every morning. Our horses are our constant dream and we hope to share that with as many people as we can!
